Booking your stay at one of our holiday homes is simple. Simply submit a reservation request with no obligation. Once you approve our offer,

a 30% advance payment, through bank transfer, will be required to confirm your reservation.

Save money by booking directly with us and skip the extra service fees often added by platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and similar platforms.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel more than 60 days before your stay, you'll receive a full refund minus bank fees (approximately €10).

Cancellations made within 60 days of your stay are non-refundable.

A refundable damage deposit is required, ranging from €300 to €1,000 depending on the size and features of the selected villa.

This deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, or in some cases, on the day of your departure, provided no damages are noted.

Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

If the cost of damages exceeds the damage deposit, the remaining balance must be settled before departure.

Please note that an environmental tax, mandated by the government, is applicable.

This tax is €15 per night, per villa, for villas larger than 80 sqm and is payable upon arrival.
